How do I upload?
eCorpTV.com can accommodate videos in nearly any format. Posting your videos is a simple process: first you create an account with us and then follow the simple instructions for uploading videos.

1. Enter a title or description for your video
2. Enter "Tags" which represent video by industry, company name, or geography
3. Select up to 3 channels which apply, including type of video, industry and geography
4. Click "Submit"
5. Go to "Browse" to select a video from your computer
6. Choose whether you want the video to be "Public" or "Private"
7. Click "Upload"
8. Update any details, which may pertain to your video and await the approval process

Videos are reviewed for content, correct tagging and authorized use.

What file formats are acceptable?
You can upload over 20 types of video formats supported by a codec library which includes AVI, WMV, QuickTime, DIVX, MPEG, 3GP, FLV and many more.

Is there a size limitation?
Videos are currently limited to one gigabyte in size.

How long does it take for a video to post?
Each video is reviewed by our eCorpTV.com staff to make sure it is legitimate, relevant to its placement, and appropriate for viewing. Generally this process can take up to 4 hours after a video is uploaded.

Can I upload a PowerPoint or Flash Files?
PowerPoint and Flash Files require additional procedures to be converted into a digital video format. These files must be sent to the eCorpTV.com technical support staff via email, FTP, or DVD/CD ROM.

Can you convert VHS/DVD'S?
Yes, eCorpTV.com provides a video encoding service to its members. Please contact our support staff at 1-800-909-6811 for details.

Can I remove a video if I do not want it posted?
Yes, simply login and click the "My Videos" link. On the "My Videos" page you will see a list of your videos including their details. To remove your video just click the remove button located below the video screen shot.

How do I make my videos private?
Simply login and click the "My Videos" link. On the "My Videos" page you will see a list of your videos including their details. Click the edit button located below the video screen shot. You will be taken to a page which allows you to edit video details and criteria. Under the broadcast heading there is a series of two radio buttons which allow you to switch from public to private broadcast.
